2. Unfortunately during my stay the a/c broke down (these things happen) , but I along with the other guests at the hotel were offered accommodation at the St Louis (sister hotel) for NO extra charge AND I was given a beautiful, large room facing a secluded courtyard.

4. The water was not draining in the tub (and still had not drained by noon the next day), and when I went to turn the shower off, the hot water handle broke off in my hand.

5. I can`t imagine how it got there except that perhaps the housekeeper broke it while cleaning up and only cleaned up half of it.
