1. Amoung my specific complaints were the following:1) The phones did not work when we got there and we were told we would have to make calls at the desk.

7. The only real complaint was that each day we had to call down to ask for more bath towels, as the maid did not have any (she told us that the hotel was completely full and that clean towels would not be available until they came back from the laundry service in the afternoon).
