The hotel is in a good location the bellhop was very friendly and breakfast was delicious but the people, with the exception of the bellhop, were very

and not at all friendly.

it took us almost 20 minutes to checkin and we were the ONLY people in the lobby.

It was difficult to sleep as there was a wedding with a live band in the courtyard that went until midnight and after that the noise spillover from Bourbon St and the

Let me tell you, the staff at this place was quite friendly - save for the one
rude
lady at checkout - it was clean ENOUGH (you want better, go to a chain) and frankly for the price and the location, I wasn't at all dissatisfied.
