2. By the way, there was a 1 1/2' gap under the door and no weather stripping around the opening, maybe the hotel will address these issues and then all will be well.

3. We were able to check in early around 10:30 am (they didn't make us wait, so that is a plus in my book) and when we asked for a 'quiet' room away from the atrium/streets, our request was granted with no issues (again, another plus.

6. The old doors do let some noise in at night, we stay up late and party so it was not an issue for us, but if that is an issue for you I would get and interior room and save some $$.

10. The staff was extremely rude to both me and my boyfriend when we were concerned about this issue so we opted out of any contact with them from there on out.
