1. The manager on duty the night of my arrival was a very kind man who attempted to resolve the problem.

8. I called the front desk they sent maintianace up immediately, they couldn't resolved the problem so the manager switch me to another room which was a little smaller but very comfortable.

9. Walking distance to Luke, August and a very short cab ride to Emeril's and Cochon so great restaurants are not a problem.

10. Another caveat is the room I had was VERY small, which was not a problem for me as I was traveling by myself to a conference, however, might be a problem for a couple.
