After spending over an HOUR and a HALF lying in bed WITH EARPLUGS trying to ignore the thumpa-thumpa music that was vibrating in my chest and rattling the windows ON A TUESDAY NIGHT (NOT during Mardi Gras or Jazzfest) - I decided to do something I've never done in my life - call the front desk to complain.
