1. The value overall was good for the price point, and I would stay there again, but would hope to see the cleaning issues resolved.

3. Charles and the street car line, so it was very convenient for us as well as being just far enough away from the crazier parts of the French Quarter that street noise was never an issue.

4. The only issue I had with the room is the 'shower door' was a hinged panel of glass that only enclosed the shower a little over half way.

6. Were it not for the noise issues I experienced while staying here I would have given the hotel 4-stars, however, due to the noise I am not sure I would stay here again and therefore don't want to give it too high a rating.

7. My only real issue with this hotel was the noise from the street (there is a night club a couple of doors down from the hotel) and noise from nearby rooms.

9. What is deeply disappointing is that at no time did a single member of the staff, including the manager who supposedly 'hand-wrote' a note to me with his cell phone number, ever issue me an apology, offer to comp me a breakfast, give me a coupon for a free night on a future visit, etc.
