2. The room was fine and cool and had a balcony facing the street, but the second day the power went and I have to say staff were a bit slow trying to sort that out, but finally we got a new room and a some free coffee and beignets at Cafe du Monde.

3. Our only 'complaints' would be that the pillows were too high/big and sometimes the hot water was slow in arriving (typical of an older building).
