1. Our bathroom had mold on some tiles which I think was a lack of cleaning, could easily have been cleaned up, not sure if they just didn't care because of the renovations or if it is always kept like this.

2. I really think while they are doing the bathrooms they should gut the whole unit, I think new carpet moldings paint and new furniture could go a long way here.

3. The moldings in every room are old but not of good character so I don't understand why the don't replace them, same goes for the doors, hardware etc, sorta bugged me looking at them.
