1. Also, I think they are short/poorly staffed because when I was waiting for a taxi, there were at least 6 people around me in the waiting area filling out job applications.

2. The clerk could not find our name and then they had reassigned us from the pre selected room to a very poorly laid out room where the elevator lobby looked right into the room.
