1. I know this sounds weird but the hotel occupies the top half of a business building, so oyu have to go up to the 11th floor to get to the lobby.

2. The tub had significant scratches that flat out looked grungy, and a large indentation (dent, warp, something weird) in the middle of the tub (not near the drain) that forced you to be careful where you stepped while showering or risk slipping and getting hurt.

3. Check in is on the 11th floor which is weird but I think the first 10 floors are parking.
