1. Parking is $26/night - this is pretty consistent with other hotels in the area so there isn't a way to avoid it if you need a car.

3. The room had a very ordinary, OLD 25'TV with poor reception (I try to avoid hotels that don't have flat panels at a minimum.

4. The location is very near the French Quarter but located in the CBD which was perfect as I was there for work and could conduct my meetings in the day and then take a short walk to the Quarter for dinner but also avoid the noise during late night.

5. When my company's travel agency booked this hotel on 11/9/09, the confirmation stated that I could cancel '3 days prior to arrival' to avoid charges.
