1. The very awkward parking situation, not to mention an overpriced room (which doesn't include breakfast) was displeasing, but the room itself was good: large, clean, and with a massive window-view of the city.

4. There are also some nice, reasonable places to eat within a block (if you`re in a hurry and tired of the overpriced places in the Quarter).
