3. old worn out carpet, old worn out sofas, bath fixtures that were probably 25 years old, dripping faucet, painted doors in bathroom had faded to old yellow, no slim line TV in living room, an old worn out kitchen with nothing in it but a hard to use coffee pot and and old musty full size regrigerator.

8. We've overlooked the 'oldness,' things like the exhaust vents having an inch of dust on them and the worn carpet because it's a great location and the rooms are normally large.
