4. You see, the only problem I have encountered is that the Windsor Court is so comfortable/wonderful, I sometimes want to just stay in, but I love New Orleans and want to get out too.

9. What is so sad is that the front desk staff seemed very uncaring and aloof when these problems were brought to its attention.
