We reported the
poor
experience at the Polo Club and the hotel service manager went out of his way to make it up to us by sendign up a bootle of champpagne and a wonderful cheese and fruit tray.

Boys and the fried shrimp one was extremely good, towards the end I just ate the shrimp because it really didn't need all the fixings.

The concierge service was unbelievably
poor
: we asked to reserve a table at a famous cajun restaurant and they say the restaurant didn't take reservation for a party of two but recommended to got there anyway as they would have find us a place given it was not a week end.
