1. Hair in the tub drain, smells like smoke (supposed to be smoke free), no soap, no shampoo, no cups for water, hair on bathroom floors, fridge and microwave dirty and stained, counters stained yellow, lamps don't work, linens not clean, got here and they had to 'make sure the room was clean' at 8 pm, air conditioner is very very loud, ironing board is dirty, iron has stains on it, smoke from other room comes through the vents, this is a S*&#hole hotel.
