1. The bed had a triple-extra-super-firm mattress, and the couch was just as firm (aka hard).

10. First of all we had a hard time getting a written confirmation of our reservation, and when we got there one of the two rooms we reserved was at a higher price than shown on the reservation, but the front desk would not adjust the price because only the mgr could do that and she was not in.
