When we got to our non-smoking rooms, we found cigarette burns in the carpet and bedding, holes in the wall, all glasses were dirty, (one room had NO glasses,) black mold in the bathrooms including the light switch, a refrigerator that rocked when you opened the door, no tissues or shampoo, filthy dirty walkways and stairs, chipped and beatup cabinets, broken glass on the mirrored closet door.
