1. Happy with the way checking in and out went, very smooth and issue free, allowing me to so to my room, and fall right to sleep.

2. Proceeding to the front desk to complain, the desk staff refused to correct the issues citing that it was the only room left in the hotel and we were stuck with it, and there were no refunds.
