5. The next morning we got up for breakfast, it was HORRIBLE, the orange juice was watered down, the grill for waffles had not spray to stop them from sticking and the trash was all over and housekeeping never stopped to pick it up or empty the trash.

6. use card key to gain access', but can be opened by merely pulling on it, and the horrible breakfast that included undercooked sausage and incorrectly marked cereal.
