1. My truck was broken down at the K W dealer from 7/8/11 to 7/25/11 everyone and I mean everyone made me feal right at home .

3. Went back to the pool early the next day and the pool is indoors but it is not heated and the hot tub had a rope across it with a sign that said broken.
