5. BUT here are the cons: old, lumpy beds and frayed towels, dingy rooms, a very odd room layout, gruff front desk service, and a scary slow-moving claustrophobic elevator (I took the stairs as much as possible but people with mobility issues may not appeciate the lift).

The staff was fabulous which did not make up for the fact that the room was dirty, they ran out of internet cables (I cannot believe that in 2009, there is not wireless internet anyway, then the internet modem didn't work, the public use computer in the lobby was SLOW and froze up every 2 minutes.
