2. The only critisism I have was that when we arrived at the hotel at around lunchtime after travelling a ridiculous amount of hours from Australia (we'd been awake for over 40 hours) we were told that checkin was at 3 and they had no interest in even trying to accommodate an early checkin.

5. Another thing is that the 'valet parking' is a little ridiculous as the valet merely moves your car into a parking space that is right in front of the hotel.
