3. Here are just a few of the issues we encountered:-They told us we could have early check-in, yet when we arrived the rooms weren't ready yet.

5. BUT here are the cons: old, lumpy beds and frayed towels, dingy rooms, a very odd room layout, gruff front desk service, and a scary slow-moving claustrophobic elevator (I took the stairs as much as possible but people with mobility issues may not appeciate the lift).

10. The clerk explained that downtown has a lot of plumbing issues that weren`t related to the hotel, but I can`t imagine this happening at the Hermitage.
