3. unfortunately there was alot of confusion trying to use most of the tickets, and check out was confusing as well as we wanted to pay cash when we checked out but the amount had already been charged to the credit card (couldn't do a credit to the credit card and accept travelers checks) nor could we obtain a printed receipt for our stay to verify the amount in case our card might be overcharged.

5. It's unfortunate that the staff is trying so hard to please, only to have to try harder due to the lack of care for the building.
