1. We had to move to an outside room and that would not have been a big deal either, but it was 20 degrees.

2. We had to be moved 2 times, first because a simple error in the type room (no big deal), then we had to move from the atrium side because the chlorine in the pool was so strong it made the whole atrium and room smell.

3. The rooms were fairly spacious and although there was a day we didn't get our towels replaced and bin emptied it was no big deal.
