1. The other hotel seemed rather annoyed when I had to request their assistance to contact the radisson to pick us up.

2. When I was there the pool was closed, they rooms were OK but did not have a refrigerator, the TV system was annoying the only way to change local channels was to go to the menu and it took several clicks.
