1. When I told the hotel clerk the room had an awful odor he was unconcerned and just mumbled 'I'll check into it for you' and 'do you want this on the same credit card?' No apology, no surprise, nothing.

4. Obviously we had one of the renovated rooms, because the carptet was clean/fresh, there was no odors or leaks, and everything worked perfectly.
