1. The hotel staff allowed a large group of loud drunks to monopolize the breakfast area and business center for hours, unfortunately I was unable to check my e-mail or watch the NCAA tournament on the big tv because of this.

3. The doors slammed shut if you didn`t hold them and it seemed everyone did that at 6am, and it isn`t just annoying it actually woke us up that`s how loud it was.
