1. We were right next to the interstate but the travel noise wasn't bad either.

4. The heating/cooling system was extremely loud and making obnoxious clunking noises throughout the entire night, but without some sort of airflow through the room the smell was a bit much.

5. I am not sure how room assignment works, but why were we placed in the middle of all this? Surely with all the rooms and my reservation was made months ago and the fact that we are returning Hilton Honors customers, they could have assigned us a room in an area away from all the noise.

6. I am not sure what was going on but there were large numbers of children not supervised, making lots of noise, running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, making major messes at the managers reception.
