1. I walk in and find an outdated suite with a stained sofa, broken bath tiles, a broken shower curtain rod, rust running into the tub, multi-colored grout, unsecured shower plumbing that shakes and nearly falls out of the wall, a beat-up bathroom door, mismatched paint patching, and an overall outdated appearance.

2. At this point I call 800-Embassy where I am told in broken English (I believe this Indian Lady's name was Martha Washington, that I needed to be transfered since I'm only a lowly Silver Reward member and not Platinum.

3. Add the broken light fixture, the burned out bulbs, the worn and stained carpeting and you've got a hotel that is not worthy of the Hilton name.

8. A long list of things broken and dirty: the door handle was off, missing a table lamp, red punch stains on the carpet, cig burns in the coverlet on the bed, 2 different faucet handles, the wet bar sink drained very slow/clogged, the table was almost broken and loose, etc.
