The back side of the vinyl curtain was covered in MOLD/MILDEW as were the tiles on the inner surround, the bath mat had hairs under it from a previous guest (as did the sink), and to top it off, when the shower head was turned on, the metal plate that covers the inner plumbing, fell down toward the shower head, completely loose, detached, and dangling.
