1. There were cracks and bare paint spots on the walls , holes and large marks on the furniture, the carpeting was snagged and frayed, the bathrooms were tiny and had tiles falling off the wall, and there was mold growing in the wall unit air conditioner.

2. Excellent friendly and courteous staff for our entire stay, but the hotel room itself was a bit dingy--bathrooms were clean, but the room itself could have been cleaner--there was a moldy spot by the sprinklers, weird crumbs on the floor, and a rip in the carpet.
