1. there was no enforced 'quiet time' people in fact were yelling at eachother, running through the halls, playing loud music etc.

5. I understand they are/will be remodeling, but how about offering a lower rate in the meantime? Cleaning people on my floor (6) around 3:00 when I checked in were just hanging out int he hall, speaking very loudly.
