1. I can understand that, but when you`ve got old food, rotting and being eaten by bugs in your room (and I`m there often enough, they know me by name) and they choose to do nothing about it, I felt like I couldn`t get out of there enough.

2. When I checked in they put me in the A tower (the older of the two buildings) and when I got to my room there was a plate of old food in the bed and it had bugs crawling around in it.
