1. We had a wonderful experience here, I will start by putting the ONLY negative at the top and that is it's a little far from the main downtown 'to do' things, keep in mind we went in winter when it was a little cold out and I am a baby in the cold so it was a far walk for me, and ended up trying to get cabs everywhere.

4. The only negatives I can say is a couple of hairs in the shower (it happens) as well as the doors to the rooms slam hard, which can startle you, especially if folks are rude and don't take this into consideration.

10. A offer to discount my next stay or some sort of discount off my current stay or even double priority club points would have made me less likely to share this experience as a negative one, and it would have made me more likely to continue trusting the HIE brand.
