3. Went on City Tour bus which showed all the main attractions and went back to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum - which found disappointing.

4. TOURS: You can purchase a combined ticket forthe Country Music Hall of Fame and the Studio Bplated on the exterior door handles and a few other places so fairly disappointing.

5. We were delighted with the size of the room and very happily surprised with the free breakfast buffet although disappointed that all of the bowls, plates, cups and utensils were plastic/disposable (but it is understandable that it saves on staff costs and helps to keep the room rate down).

7. If I had to say one negative thing, and then only reluctantly, it was that we were disappointed that their courtesy shuttle did not offer airport transfers.

10. Was a bit disappointed that we did not get such a good rate for our second stay and can only assume this was because we booked by phone as the internet was down in the Holiday Inn Express in Memphis.
