1. When reassigned the same room this month, the problem has not been fixed.

2. I know this whole thing is a common problem they have because multiple times while walking through the lobby I heard people complaining about being charged before hand.

4. I went into the hotel and they were very apologetic about the problem we had experienced and even refunded the parking fee for our trouble.

5. When I went to return the key of the 1st room, she apologized for the 'bug' problem & said 'hmmm, I see you booked on priceline - can I offer you free breakfast?' At the time I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, I did consider going to another hotel but I know it is possible to have this problem in any hotel.
