1. The Valet parking was far too expensive for the poor service that was provided.

2. Only a few minor nitpicks, including periodic gurgling noises from the air-conditioning system (more prevalent on floors 10 and 11, less so on lower floors), carpets that are starting to show wear, and rather expensive parking (about $23 including taxes).
