1. The staff was incredibly hospitable throughout the length of our stay, the rooms were extremely clean, and noise was never an issue.

2. The first night we were kept awake by an air conditioner/heater unit that kept turning on by itself every ten minutes or so during the night as well as the sound of noise from, some sort of generators that were outside the window.

3. Only a few minor nitpicks, including periodic gurgling noises from the air-conditioning system (more prevalent on floors 10 and 11, less so on lower floors), carpets that are starting to show wear, and rather expensive parking (about $23 including taxes).

4. Also, I did not see if they allow pets, but it didn't appear so, which was also a plus (due to smell pets can leave behind, noise, etc.
