3. next morning maid service walked in at 9:30am said she did'nt know we were there (we had sign on our door) went to tell them we would stay another night, that night when we got back from lunch our key would not work again, got mad desk clerk was up on our floor she would NOT let us in our room until i went back to desk, they acted like it was my fault because they forgot to check us for another night, very rude people and we should of been the rude ones for having such an unpleasant stay.

Later, same day, we went to front desk to ask directions, and same person told the other person that it was her turn to help someone because she already helped other people (she was just sitting at the back desk and probably didn`t think we could hear her, but this was RUDE because when you are in customer service you should jump up and help when needed and not act like it is an inconvenience).
