1. I would like to mention that in 2011 this hotel was listed on the bed bug registry (I found that after I visited) you can inspect your mattresses to check for bugs.

4. I realized they were bed bugs and called to front desk and was moved to another room which again was bed bug infested, was moved again to a room that did not have them yet.

5. bed bugs found in my bed on 5/3/11 they moved to another room and more bed dugs finally had one room where there were not any I could detect, still charged me for he room.

9. they say 'we don't have bed bugs' Then what is biting my son?I investigate the room and find a dead bedbug on the air conditioner, take photos and photos of the bites, put them on my laptop and take it downstairs.
