we had was waiting for our room we arrived early and had to wait until 3:30 to check in, not a big
problem
sat by pool and waited there.

I know we all appreciated the hotel trying to fix a
problem
but the fact they did not honor the commitment for us to have the meeting room all day and night saturday is just not good business.
