1. I enjoyed breathing in the dust particles from the cut pieces of drywall, and I made nice conversation with some of the construction workers (be it mostly broken English, God bless 'em) as I awkwardly tip- toed my way past them tiling the hall.

3. I'll cut the the chase:Pros: free parking, location, very courteous staffCons: Old hotel, I was told that only the suites have been renovated but I never saw a suite so I can't comment on those - the other 'regular rooms' (I saw two in an effort to find a 'better room') were old, peeling wallpaper, cobwebs, water stains, worn dirty carpets, iron was broken, internet was spotty at best - couldn't connect other times.

4. One of two elevators were inoperable and a note in the room explained that they were in the process of fixing it, yet we talked to a couple in the lobby who said they had stayed there over a month ago and it was broken then too.
