1. The customer service was downright rude, did not answer the phone for 20 minutes when I called for a shuttle and forgot to tell me that the shuttle would have a different hotels name on it.

2. Needless to say, the choices did not fare well with the kids and since some of our family ate breakfast earlier, others chose to leave and go elsewhere for breakfast rather than encounter the rude waiter (that seemed to be the only waitstaff we saw).

3. I won't go into detail about the waiter, but our entire party was in complete disbelief by how rude his comments and behavior were towards us as guests.

4. We received breakfast 'coupons' - as we had on previous stays- and were looking forward to the 6 AM continental breakfast- at 6:15 we were informed , rather rudely, that it would be at least 10-15 minutes before they would have breakfast ready.
