1. As for us, our only complaint was to the housekeepers directly, but they did at least help by giving us the use of their plunger and extra towels, so they did their job sort of.

3. The bathroom was nothing to brag about, but it served it's purpose with no complaints.

4. Room smelled bad, pillows were flat, it felt wet in room, carpet was dirty, our room window opened into the atrium where a wedding dance was held on Saturday night, the staff were less than concerned about our complaints.
