There was a wedding reception happening this weekend and fortunately we returned to the hotel only 10 minutes before the music was shut down for the night, so we didn't have to deal with it too long, but if someone say had an early morning flight and tried to go to sleep before midnight, the noise that radiated through the hotel from their party room would definitely be an issue so check wiht the front desk if there is anything like that going on in the hotel and maybe they have a quieter wing of rooms someplace.

3. The AC and room comfort items need some attention, carpets are not worn, but dirty, lobby is OK and attractive for a hotel like this one from what we seen, bathroom small, but besides the hot water issue, functional.

4. Well, maintenance actually got on their AC issue pretty fast (an hour or so) and said they 'fixed it' as we were leaving the hotel for the evening for Summerfest.
