5. -Is an older hotel modernized (slow elevator, narrow halls, low cellings)-No Pool-Water runs hot/cold in showers-small bathroom, no place to set things, rusty vents hanging over shower, dirty & mildewy shower head-reserved & paid extra for lake view room, was a city view, in order to see the lake you had to crane head side ways and stand on chair.

9. When we went to the dining/bar area, it took them a long time to notice us, we then had to ask them to wipe/clean off the bar area where we were, because it was sticky and dirty.
