3. I still have yet to receive an explanation from Lisa and Valerie (office managers) why they are overbooked when I have had at least 9 rooms booked in advance with a signed agreement on file stating the dates I reserved.

5. In the room, the tv is very out of date with no hookup for a dvd player or video games and only got 5 channels with clear reception (Non Cable).
